She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Locke and Ruth Locke (Labor); her aunt Margaret; her uncle Ed Parker; her children, Christopher Sayers and Angela Currier; and her siblings, Fred, Frank, Robert Locke, Lorraine Hyatt and Loretta Grover.
She is survived by: her children, Edward Sayers (Maria) of Cookeville, VT, Jennifer Young of White River Junction, VT, Sara Bush (Aaron) of Saratoga, NY, Margaret "Meg" Spooner (Jeremy) of Topsham, VT and Brianna Mahon (Fred Small) of Sharon, VT; her siblings, William Locke of Texas and Elaine LaPlante of Pittsburg, PA; her nephew Brian Mahon of South Royalton, VT; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Olivia, Henry, Fineas, James, Brandon, Ariel, Dalton, Austin, Ava, Ethan, Andrew, Justin, Gabriel and Jackson. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the United Church of Chelsea (13 N Common, Chelsea, VT 05038).
