It is with sadness that the passing of Dennis Smith of Shelburne, Vermont is shared. Dennis, born on May 26, 1943, passed away on June 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Margaret Smith; and his brothers, Stephen Smith and Mark Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Smith (Pioli); his children, Kimberly Sanborn (Barry), Jeffrey Smith (Heather), Lynn Habbestad (Dean) and Michele Emmons (Dean); his grandchildren, Taylor Sanborn, Alexis Emery (James), Morgan Sanborn, Madison Sanborn, Stella Smith, Grady Emmons and Luke Emmons; his great grandchildren, Sophie and William Emery; his siblings, James "Chip" Smith (Carol), Susan Doyle and Bernard Smith (Anne); and his sister-in-law Karen Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
