With sadness, we share the passing of Jacqueline Swartz of South Burlington, Vermont. Jacqueline, born on January 2, 1944, passed away on June 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hooker and Jeanette Hooker; her sister Judy; and her grandchildren, Joshua and Adriana Warren.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Swartz; her children, Laurel Warren (Timothy), Mark Belanger (Amy) and Christopher Belanger; her stepchildren, Kathryn Roosa, Bill Swartz (Carol), Cynthia Swartz and Lynn Murphy (Patrick); her grandchildren, Ainsley, Audrey, Sophie Warren, Kaeleigh, Conri Belanger, Jillian, Alice Belanger, Eamon, Kate (Winston) and Daelan Roosa; and her brother John Hooker (Cynthia). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
