He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Hawkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Vicki Burgess (John), Alexander Hawkins (Christine) and William Hawkins; his mother Peggy Hawkins; and his aunts and uncles, New Lebanon and Burlington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins.
