She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Birch and Juanita Birch of Point Marion, Pennsylvania.. She is survived by : her husband Sandy Combs; her son Kastle; her stepson Robert (Erin); her friends, Margie, Neil Sullivan, Harold Wilson, Pat, Jim Plumadore, Armand and Connie Richardson; and also, Tanya Combs, Tena Fraser, Nancy Coltey, Skip, Lucia Combs, Kim Mocniak, Bonnie Jankowski, Dick Willis, Jimmy Linn, Chris Gabler and Candy Litchfield.
