He was predeceased by: his father Philip H. Beaulieu; his child French; his mother Mary Beaulieu (Lister); his sisters, Connie Devan and Polly Nulty; his son John; Ruth.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Beaulieu; his children, James (Mary Beaulieu) of Charleston, S. C., Mark Beaulieu of Vt and Anne (Fabian Naudin); and his nieces and nephews, Dan Devan (Phil Devan) of Marblehead, MA, Mary Antonicci (family: Paula Fortin), Janelle Gallagher, Colchester and William "Bill" Nulty.
