She was predeceased by : her parents, Harland Hinkley and Maybelle Hinkley (Danforth); her husband Bob; her daughters, Mary Jane Stender and Kristeen Thomas; and her siblings, Larry, Arthur, Dorothy, Robert, Stanley, Richard, Roger, George and Evered.

She is survived by : her daughters, Susan Benson (Leon) of South Royalton, VT and Judith Toom (Mati) of Colchester, VT; her sister Barbara Green; her son-in-law Ronald Stender; her grandchildren, Alan, Shawn Stender, Sarah Benson Hull and Joshua Benson; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Morgan, Owen, Greta, Bradley, Brooklynn, Dakota and Lyndsey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
