He is survived by : his parents, Julie Maxfield (Joseph Havelka, Jr.) and Jeff Lee; his stepmother Cara Lee of Kyle, TX; his grandfather Henry Dessert of Lebanon, NH; his half-sister Abby Cosgrove of Fabius, NY; his stepsister Deanna Gold of Fayetteville, NC; his aunt Kathie; and his uncle Robin Burrell of Canaan, NH. He is also survived by many loving cousins nieces and nephews.
