He is survived by: his son Jon Centabar (Amy (Dubois)); his grandchildren, Katherine Centabar (Brian Garrett), Andrew Centabar (Sydney Harris) and Hannah Mott (Shayne); and his great grandchild Marshall Jon Mott.
