He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Willey (Judd) and Harold Willey, Sr.; his siblings, Bruce Willey, Larry Willey, David "Butch" Willey, Wayne Willey, Donald Willey, Dale Willey, Harold "Sonny" Willey, Jr., Paul Willey and Marilyn Curtis; and his father-in-law Gordon Mercy.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Mercy of Troy; his daughters, Sarah Willey (Zeb Overton) and Vanessa LeBlanc (Jereme LeBlanc); his grandchildren, Kingston Carey, Harper LeBlanc, Luna Overton and Zoe Overton; and his brother Roger Willey (Deborah).
A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mountainview Cemetery.
