It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Edmunds Duncan of Underhill, Vermont, born in Athol, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Percy Colon and Katherine Colon (Paige); her siblings, Frazier Colon of Martha's Vineyard, MA and Bruce Colon of Lake Placid, NY.; and her husband Paul Duncan. She was also cherished by her family and cherished her five children and their spouses, seventeen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
