He was predeceased by: his father Edward Place Sr.; his wife Carol Place; his mother Marjorie Place; and his brother Doug Place. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Place (Jinnapat) and Carrie Cowan (Brandon); his brother Mike Place; and his grandchildren, Aria, Forrest and Everett.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown-McClay Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Vergennes Congregational Church (30 S Water St, Vergennes, VT 05491).
