He is survived by: his spouse Anje DeGraaf; his children, Nicholas, Michael, Tristan and Renae; his siblings, John, Elisabeth (Mark), Robert, Joan, Charles, Victoria, Gerrit, June, Martha and Bert; and his brother-in-law Ted. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to McClure Miller Respite House in Colchester, VT or the Champlain Valley Christian Reformed Church in Vergennes, Vermont.
