We bid farewell to Joseph W. Devall (Vergennes, Vermont), born in Effingham, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 23, 2026 at the age of 92. Joseph touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Joseph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joseph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Yvonna; and his daughter Jana. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his children, Cindy and Josh; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Mark and Amy. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild.
