With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Susan Norton (Vergennes, Vermont), born in Middlebury, Vermont, who passed away on August 29, 2023 at the age of 69. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Susan Norton to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Wilbert Clark and Olive Douglas Clark; her husband Thomas Norton Sr.; her children, Julie Norton (Allan Morrie) of Vergennes, Thomas Norton Jr. (Kayla Smith) of Bridport and Angie Preston (Eric) of Panton; and her siblings, Joyce, Delores, Virginia, Elsie, Retha and Wilbert Jr.. She was also cherished by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
