She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Bills and Inez Bills (Streeter). She is survived by : her pet Ember; her sister Jackie; her daughter Chelsea Garland of Jacksonville, VT; her siblings, Jacqueline Bedard of Wardsboro, VT and Lawrence "Coop" Bills of Stratton; and her nephews, John Bedard, Corey and Cooper Bills. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
