He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Mongeur and Doris F. Mongeur (Raymond); and his brother Edward Mongeur. He is survived by: his wife Diane Mongeur of Waterbury; and his siblings, Shirley Dow (David) of Waterbury Center and Rocky Mongeur of Barre. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
