Monroe of Waterbury, Vermont, born in Windsor, Vermont, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Augusta Monroe and Loretta Monroe (Monette); her children, Robert Boardman of Barre, Angel Boardman Hurlburt of Waterbury and Gary Boardman of Barre; and her siblings, Pat Monroe Boardman of Bellows Falls, VT and Francis Monroe of Bennington, VT. She was also cherished by her four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
