He was predeceased by: his son Eli Jonah Brookens; and his grandparents, John and Martha Hart. He is survived by: his mother Mary Beth (Hart); his stepfather Miguel Castillo of Steelton, PA; his children, Maya, Xavier and Caleb; his aunts, Rebecca Pickett (Jonathan) and Paula Stuard (Craig); and his uncle John Hart (Nancy). He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
