Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shirley Ann Mongeur of Waterbury, Vermont, born in Montpelier, Vermont, who passed away at the age of 66, on July 2, 2023. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles J. Haskins and Alice G. Haskins (Ricker); and her brother Bruce. She is survived by : her children, Joseph Mongeur (Shannon Bolduc) of Bolton and Aimee Mongeur of Waterbury; and her siblings, Susan King (Edward) of St. George, Sandra Swenor (Reggie) of Hinesburg, Sharon White (Lee Brown) of South Barre, Charles "Scott" Haskins of Waterbury and Stewart Haskins (Teresa) of Otsego Michigan. She is also survived by her many friends, co-workers, and by her loving family.
