He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sherwood Dean Fox and Marcia Seidenbond Fox; his grandson Rowan; his significant other Adrianna Wood Fox; his daughters, Lissa Fox (James Nagle) of Montpelier, VT and Molly Fox Zhu (Kit Zhu); his grandson Jasper Fox Zhu; his daughter Jill Fox of Montpelier, VT; his sister Janaki Costello (Heine Costello) of El Cerrito, CA; his siblings' children, Josh Costello of Berkeley, CA, Adam Costello (New York City) and Jamie Costello of El Cerrito, CA; his sister Deb Fox (Ron Epstein) of Rochester, NY; his siblings' children, Eli Fox-Epstein of Los Angeles, CA and Malka Fox-Epstein of Rochester, NY; his cousin Karen Mullarkey (New York City); his caregiver Chantal; Juna Nagle (Washington, DC), Maia Corduan (Jess Canty) of Hardwick, VT and Hiata Corduan of Rockland, ME.
