Karen Avery Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Avery of West Dover, Vermont, who passed away on May 12, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Karen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Karen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Storts and Mary Storts. She is survived by: her friend Louise McDevitt; her husband Bruce; and her son Kyle (Daley).
In lieu of flowers, those who wish to make a gift in remembrance of Karen may donate to the Deerfield Valley Rotary Scholarship Fund or to Pancreatic Cancer Research at the Dartmouth Cancer Center.
