He is survived by: his close friend Lars Arneson; his wife Amelia Kahl; his mother Pauline Green (Dubois); his daughters, Eleanor Kahl-Green and Ginevra Kahl-Green; his brother Kevin Green; his sister-in-law Heather Green (Doiron); and his niece Isabelle Green.
