Harris C Lyman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harris C Lyman of White River Junction, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip D. Lyman and Lois E Lyman (Nelson); his wife Mary Lavery; and his siblings, Norman, Philip Lyman, Elizabeth Sommer, Sally Gile Peters and Anne Kierklewski.
He is survived by: his children, Joanne L. Jordan (Paul E.) of Claremont, NH, Peter J. Lyman (Sharon P.) of Canaan, NH, Gail Lyman of Tilton, NH and Virginia L. Best (Todd F.) of Concord, NH; his grandchildren, Andrew, Ryan, Aaron, Austin, Sawyer, Serena, Christopher, Evan, Emma, Elise and Evangeline; and his great grandchildren, Tristian, Juliannah, Maryannah, Casey, Nola, Mason and Mara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Knight Funeral Home (903 Hartford Ave., White River Junction, VT 05001). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
