She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Wheeler and Elizabeth Wheeler (Rehberger); and her husband Robert Billings, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert Billings, Jr., Lonni Stapanon, Tracy Billings and Lisa Billings Hague (Thomas Hague); her brother Jack Norton; her granddaughters, Alisa, Maria, Brianna and Faith; and her great grandchildren, Karah and Christopher.

A Mass will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (66 S Main St, Rutland, VT 05701).
