He was predeceased by: his father Willard G. "Kip" Campbell. He is survived by: his friend Todd Campbell; his mother Lucille Campbell (Barrett); his wife Sara Ormsby; his sons, Nate and Zac; and his siblings, John and Beth Delahoussaye (Ken). He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
