He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald L. Billings of Middlebury and Bonnie Betourney (Clark); his stepfather Michael Betourney of Salisbury; his brother Jason; his stepsiblings, Jason Betourney (Heather) of Bridport and Heather LaPorte (Bobby) of Leicester; and his nephews, Crosby and Langston Billings Chamberlain of Ferrisburgh. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Whiting Community Church (7 N Main St, Whiting, VT 05778).
