He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Izzi of Williston; his daughters, Carina McCauley (Ed) of Richmond, Dawn Izzi of Winooski and Dianna Izzi of Massachusetts; and his grandsons, Desmond, Brayden, Ethan and Ashton.
