He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Clarence and Rosealma (Blair) Dufresne; spouse: Diana M Bruce; children: Joseph C Dufresne Jr. and Susan Cusson (Daryl Cusson); siblings: Thomas, Stephen, and Mary Anne Terhune; sisters-in-law: Lydia Blackburn, Shirley King, Kathie Bruce, Noreen Rivers (David), Sharon Bruce, Teela Dufresne (Tom), and Judy Dufresne (Steve); brother-in-law: Michael Bruce; grandchildren: Travis Dufresne, Eleni Cusson, and Jasper Dufresne; great-granddaughter: Chloe Valyeau; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Corbin and Palmer Funeral Home (9 Pleasant St, Essex Junction, VT 05452).
