He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Edward Conn. He is survived by: his mother Tina Nguyen Conn; his stepfather Van Tran; his siblings, Trevor (Emily), Hai (Salena), Tung, Tammy (Hanh) and Amy (Rudy); his aunts and uncles, Donnie, Terry, Allen, Dawn, Debbie and Nancy; his nieces and nephews, Trevor Jr., Brennden, Sophia, Brianna, Kaylee and Jennifer; and his cousins, Jennifer, Marissa, Heather and Lisa. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ready Funeral & Cremation Services South Chapel (261 Shelburne Rd, Burlington, VT 05401). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Family Cemetery (30 Lincoln St, Essex Junction, VT 05452).
