It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Ann Bagley of Windsor, Vermont, born in Manchester, Vermont, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Dave Bagley; her parents, Joanne Mailhiot (Farnham) and David Mailhiot; her brother Steve Mailhiot; her son David Bagley; her daughter-in-law Abby; and her grandsons, Elliot and Dylan.
