She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Boudro and Isabel Boudro (Voghell); and her daughter LouAnn Russ. She is survived by: her children, Craig Garrand (Carol) of Burlington, VT, Lee Garrand (Patti) of Glens Falls, NY and Mark Garrand (Trisha) of Sharon, VT; her son-in-law Jonathan Russ of Lebanon, NH; her siblings, Vivian Carter of Windsor, Pauline Giancola (Mike) of Burlington, VT and Norman Boudro of Kentucky; and her sister-in-law Nancy Garrand of Sunapee, NH. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
