He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Mackay and Rita Mackay (Hannon); his wife Betty Mae Dunn; and his daughter Sandra Place. He is survived by: his daughter Virginia Yepez of Fort Worth, TX; and his brothers, Norman Mackay of Bellingham, WA, Bruce Mackay of Florida and Malcolm Mackay of Windsor. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
