It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Elaine Bissonnette (Winooski, Vermont), who passed away at the age of 68, on May 22, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Yvonne Bissonnette (Therrien) and Leo A. Bissonnette; her grandson Boston; her siblings, Leola Myers, Susan Brocksmith and Gary Bissonnette; her in-laws, Gerry, Rosanne, Carl, Armand and Wendy; and her godfather Paul Therrien.
She is survived by: her children, Justin (Talia) and Leigha (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Annabelle, Heyward, Hudson, Leo Bissonnette, Maddox, Gracie McElveen and Noah Denton; and her siblings, Danny Bissonnette, Linda Belisle, Yvette Gilligan (Gerry), Nancy Kelley (Bruce), David Bissonnette (Darlene), Karen Whitten (Bob), Lynn Bissonnette (Ed Turner), Lisa LaFountain (Mark), Peter Bissonnette (Bridget Gracey) and Louise Daigle (Russell). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the LaVigne Funeral & Cremation Service (132 Main St, Winooski, VT 05404). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church (3 St Peter St, Winooski, VT 05404).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Elaine's name to the American Cancer Society 55 Day Lane, Williston, VT 05495.
