He is survived by: his caregiver Cathy Langlais; his children, Bill Billings (Melissa Cote), Shayne Newton (Heather), Brandi Austin (Seth), Jenn Billings (Mike Steel), Tyler Brandon and Sara Langlais; his grandchildren, Jacob, Will, Caleb, Keegan, Randall, Brianna, Bentley, Kalub and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Perth, June and Riverah; his brother Rod Billings; his friend Marianne; his sister-in-law Marianne; his siblings, Brian Billing (Natalie), Kim Billings, Tom Billings (Vickie), John Billings (Bev) and Holly Wells (Scott); his sister-in-law Julie; and his cousin Buddy Lawrence. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the LaVigne Funeral & Cremation Service (132 Main St, Winooski, VT 05404). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery (455 North Ave, Burlington, VT 05401).
