He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Cote and Eleanor Cote (Marcotte); and his siblings, Clement Joseph, Roger and Lucille Lemieux.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Therriault; his children, Marcel Jr. (Sarah), Denise Malloy (Jay), Lori Deuell (James), Rhonda Siemons (Joseph), Michelle Goldsworthy (George J.) and Sherri Decker (Daryl); his grandchildren, Kaleena Leonard (Michael), Marcel III Cote (Christina), Benjamin Cote (Lyndsi), Alex Malloy (Kaleigh), Alyssa Nickel (Brendan), Andrea Deuell, Jamie Deuell (Austin Cartagena), CeLynn Siemons (Bradley Elliott), Mason Yandow (Olivia), Louden Yandow, Haley Decker (Ted Doonis), Braeden Decker (Kaylie) and Collin Decker; his stepgrandchildren, George W. and Eliza Goldsworthy; his great grandchildren, Mila, Huxley and Brynn Leonard; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob, Dustin, Ava Cote, Kipp, Scout, Isla, Emmett Malloy and Brooklyn Nickel; his sisters, Jeanette Meunier, Theresa Matton, Blanche LaForce, Cecile Casavant and Claire Sprano; and his sister-in-law Marie Cote. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
