He was predeceased by : his mother Gloria Allen (Chainay). He is survived by : his father David L. Allen; his daughter Alisha E. Allen; his brothers, Scott P. Allen, Clint R. Allen, Adam D. Allen and Matthew Allen; and his nephews, Curtis Allen and Brian Maynard. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
