James Howard Ellis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Howard Ellis of Aberdeen, Washington, who passed away on April 4, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Howard Ellis and Grace Laura Ellis (Myers); his wife Shirley Ellis; his sons, Allen Knight and Brant Knight; and his brother Richard Vidmore.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joni Skinner (Kim) of Cosmopolis, Christine Hill (Shawn) of Montesano and Julie Merrill of Hoquiam; his sister Lois West of Hoquiam; his grandchildren, Mason, Christopher, Laura and Micheal; his great grandchildren, Lance, Jesse and Jordan; and his great great grandchild Jace. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
