He is survived by: his wife Rachael Benham; his sister Debra Fountain; his daughters, Sara Cagle (Dan) and Stephanie Rudolph (Nick); and his stepsons, Rick Mature, Jacob Lane (Laura) and Cody House. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
