He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walczak and Phyllis Walczak (Eaton); his brother Joseph Walczak; his son Joseph Eric Walczak; his great grandchild Avery Shay Walczak; and his brother-in-law Ron Conway.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Walczak (Sheri) of Lynden and Shelly Walczak of Cosmopolis; and his sister Lucille Conway of Wishkah Valley. He is also survived by 3 grandsons, 3 granddaughters, 11 great grandchildren.
