He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Izatt of Hoquiam; his son Dustin of Seattle; his brothers, Mike, Mark Izatt of Hoquiam and Jay Izatt of Aberdeen; his nephews, Jeff Izatt (Megan) of Oregon, Jacob Izatt (Claire) of Aberdeen and Tyler Izatt (Ashley) of Sequim; and his niece Kami Sauer (Ricky) of Hoquiam. He is also survived by five great-nephews and three great-nieces.
