He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Bale and Ena Bale of Raymond, Washington.; his brother-in-law Jerry Rohr; and his son-in-law Mike Betchner. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Guernsey Bale; his children, Joshua Bale, Daniel Bale, Mary Betchner, Josiah Bale, Sarah Gardner (Daniel), Isaac Bale (Linsey) and Hosana Bale (Jose); and his siblings, Laura Rohr, Larry Bale (Sue), David Bale (Kathy) and Amy Moyer (Rick). He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
