It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velva Jean Wood of Addy, Washington, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Mullins and Ocie Bell Mullins (Blankenship); her husband Glen; her children, Dale, Glenna, Jolynne and Cindy; and her grandson Christopher Wood.
She is survived by: her sons, Stewart Wood (Bev) of Addy, WA and Aaron Wood (Tracy) of West Haven, UT. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Humanitarian Aid Fund.
