He is survived by : his siblings, Alan Wasik (Judy) of Strawberry Plains, TN, Nancy Johnson (Dan) of Nashville, TN, Patricia Lee of Knoxville, TN and John Wasik (Kristy) of Eagleville, TN; his significant other Rita Shiva of Anacortes, Washington; his nieces and nephews, Cody Johnson (Lacey), Lauren Johnson (Michael), Julianne Patel (Jay), Bennett Johnson, Paul Lee (Jane), Meredith Lee (George), Kathryn Lee (Kessel), Alexandra Lee, Jessica Wasik, Anna Wasik and William Wasik; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Merritt, Max and Ansley.
