We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2023, at the age of 84, Carol Ann Barstow of Arlington, Washington, born in Everett, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phillips and Helen Phillips; her husband Howard Barstow; her sister Beverly Atterson; and her granddaughter Jolene White.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce Barstow (Vicki) and Cindy White (Lucky); her grandchildren, Andria White (Chad), Jake White (Jenevie), Megan Turner (Josh), Jessica Stevens, Blake Stevens (Alexa) and Kyle Stevens (Wiji); and her great grandchildren, Piper, Charlee, Lexi, Lily, Parker, Taylor, Kara and Kit.
