He is survived by: his wife Tina Willett; his daughter Denise Dawn Kazen; his granddaughters, Amy Johnson and Kelsy Kazen; his son Jeremy (Athena Husby); his grandchildren, Freyja, Osric and Bjorn; his son Guy Curtis (Maxine Willett); his grandchildren, Jillian, Guy Michael Willett, Kylee and Curtis Willett; his niece Cathy (Randy Devoir); and his great-niece Katlyn. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a niece and great-niece.
