She was predeceased by : her parents, Levi Calvin Metcalf and Agnes Enick-Metcalf; her daughter Kimberly George; and her grandsons, Stacey Williams and Kasey Williams.

She is survived by : her children, Donald Hornback, Michael Hornback, Russell Hornback, Kevin George and Gloria Green. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, 18 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.
