She is survived by: her husband George Lulham; her sons, Anthony (Bethany) and Allen Avery (Taryn); her granddaughters, Arielle and Elisha; her mother Trudy Koedam; and her brother Mark Koedam. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
