He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Murray Lund and Sheridan Dean Lund. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann LeMay; his sister Anne Lund Kazen (Rick); his stepson Ken Schaffer (Nikki); and his nephews, Jason Kazen (Ann) and Kris Kazen (Tessa).
