He is survived by: his parent Kathy Riggs of Lewiston; his wife Francie Rains; his children, Carter, Sam of Asotin and Piper (Mont) of Billings; his uncles, Mac of Clarkston and Dan of Winston-Salem, N. C; his cousins, Dustin, Ryan and Shane; and his close friends, Dave, Chris and Ken.
